What is the return policy?

Unused and unopened items can be returned within 15 days of receipt for a full refund, excluding shipping fees.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Used or opened items cannot be returned.

Can I exchange an item?
  • If your item is defective or damaged: We will gladly exchange it.

  • Change-of-mind exchanges: Not available.

Can I change my shipping address?

    Once the package has shipped, we cannot change the address.
